Members of Clixswap must agree:
That the Content and advertisements they receive may be customized or targeted based on their
registration and survey responses and our tracking of the member's activities while online.
In order to customize Content, advertisements and other messages, you agree to allow us to:
1) collect, store, compile, and utilize information about you and your use of the Clixswap
Service including, without limitation, information regarding the Web sites you visit,
2) collect, store, compile and utilize information that you provide in response to
questionnaires, surveys and registration forms; and
3) on an anonymous basis, provide certain information and data about you (including information
about your computer system and platform) to third parties including advertisers, clients,
marketing organizations and others that we may select. However, we will not disclose your name,
address, telephone number, credit card number(s), e-mail addresses or other personally
identifying information, unless you give Clixswap consent to do so or except as otherwise
permitted in the Investigation of Unlawful Conduct section below. Therefore, while you may
receive an advertisement or email message targeted to you based on the above-mentioned
information, it does not mean the advertiser received any personal information about you from
Clixswap.com. Clixswap, and its agents, will send/serve the advertisements or messages to you, not
the actual advertiser. Investigation of Unlawful Conduct. Clixswap cooperates fully with federal and state enforcement officials investigating unlawful behavior on Clixswap's system, and members are required to do the same. You acknowledge and agree that Clixswap may preserve Content and may disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third- parties; or (iv) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Clixswap, its users and the public. Routine Information Collection All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.
